Lauren worked in the lab as a graduate student apprentice, funded through the Departmental Award for Excellence in Education. She is currently employed at Resolution, LLC as a GIS Analyst in Huntsville, AL.
Dr. Edna Fernandez-Figueroa completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship in June 2023. She will commence a tenure-track Assistant Professorship at the University of Tampa commencing August 2023. Follow along with Edna’s work here.
Kelly Kaye completed her MS GEOG in August 2023. She is currently works as a Geographer at the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in Provo, UT.
Callista completed their NSF REU program in Summer 2022 with the GeoIDEA lab and is now back at the University of Massachusetts Amherst completing their undergraduate degree in Natural Resource Conservation.
Kaj completed his MS in Geography in Spring 2022. He is currently working as an Environmental Consultant at Haley Ward, Inc. in Maine.
Stephen completed his MS in Geography in Summer 2022. He is currently employed as a Geospatial Technician at Surveying and Mapping, LLC in Birmingham, AL. He also currently assists on a mapping project with the Alabama Audubon Society.
